I've read some of the various discussions about this and can't quite decide whether I should be up in arms or not (and there's also the problem of the eyes-and-mind-glazing -over reaction to the fine points of regulation). So far, on the ground at least, there seem to be no major changes afoot. My local library had its annual book sale and there were many many pre-'85 kids books out for me to paw through and bring (happily) home.
